That is correct, at this time.  If we fork the set to Suricata 5.0,
for example, /suricata-edge/ will give you the new fork, where
/suricata-4.0.1/ will still give you rules that are compatible with
Suricata 4.

We encourage using the version number as that prevents things from
blowing up if we make changes to a future set.
