[Oisf-users] Suricata 3.2.x EOL announcement

The first 3 months of Suricata 4.0 have gone by without serious issues.
Therefore we are announcing that the Suricata 3.2.x branch will go end
of life in 2 months, on December 18th.

We recommend planning for upgrading to 4.0.x for those still on 3.2.x.

Please keep in mind that all other older branches are not supported and
will have serious and unfixed issues.
