[Oisf-users] services downtime due to maintenance

Hi all,

Due to emergency maintenance at our hosting provider, a number of our
services will be unavailable today from 5am Central / 12:00 CEST.

Affected services are:
- redmine
- listserv (mailing lists)
- downloads
- git repo (use github instead)

The downtime is expected to last at least 4 hours.
