[Oisf-users] No libhtp on Linux 7.5

Using Oracle Linux 7.5 (redhat variant)

When installing suricata 4.0.4 (and 4.0.3) I am not getting the libhtp libraries.

this is my configuration command

./configure --with-libnss-libraries=/usr/lib64 --with-libnss-includes=/usr/include/nss3/ --with-libnspr-libraries=/lib64 --with-libnspr-includes=/usr/include/nspr4 --enable-gccprotect --with-libjansson

Why is this not setting up the libhtp?
