[Oisf-users] How to handle dynamic $HOME_NET

Hi all,

Please advise how you handle situations when home network is changed on fly
(say, Wi-Fi connected to different hotspot, or Ethernet cable plugged to
different router).

On Windows, I theoretically can subscribe to NotifyIpInterfaceChange
callback and get these changes in real time. But what is a best way to
populate new $HOME_NET value to running program? I noticed it is not that
straightforward, as these addresses added to a map during parsing of the
rules.
