This  has been long overdue indeed.Thank you for your patience!

We just kept finding things that we though would be nice to
add/measure and test for completeness.

Thank you to all that made this possible including in coding/porting
to Suricata (Eric Leblond/Jesper Brouer), helping out with the
research/testing/writing of the article (Michal Purzynski) and
review/merge into Suricata git master (Victor Julien).
