[Oisf-users] Install Suricata on Win 10 with Npcap?

Hello,
I fond a copy of wpcap.dll at:
C:\Windows\System32
and
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
I try to copy wpcap.dll into the Suricata Directory, without success.
