[OISF/outreachy] Issue 4092

Hi
The mentors once suggested issue 4092 for me to work on, and I claimed it
but till now I haven't been given green light to go on and work on it, I
mean I haven't yet been assigned the issue. Can I still work on it? Can I
be assigned the issue if possible?
