[OISF/outreachy] Ubuntu install from git.

I setup an Ubuntu virtual machine using VirtualBox, but ran into an issue when I increased its disk size. So I’ll be rebuilding it. When I built it the first time, I used the steps on this wiki page.

I noticed some of the steps are not quite right. I’ll document the differences tomorrow when I rebuild my virtual machine. Is anyone working on documentation? How should I go about making changes to the wiki or whom should I give the changes to?
