Hi all,
According to my understanding, under "Your Contributions" in the project
page you are able to record multiple contributions by clicking on the
"Record a Contribution" button for each contribution you wish to record.
The form to record a contribution asks to provide:
1) Date contribution was started
2) Date contribution was accepted or merged
3) Contribution URL : A link to the publicly submitted contribution. The
contribution can be work in progress. The URL could a link to a
GitHub/GitLab issue or pull request, a link to the mailing list archives
for a patch, a Gerrit pull request or issue, a contribution change log on a
wiki, a review of graphical design work, a posted case study or user
experience study, etc.
4) Description : Description of this contribution for review by the
Outreachy coordinators and organizers during intern selection
Once you complete recording one contribution, you can go ahead and click on
the "Record a Contribution" button to record another contribution. You will
be directed to the same kind of form to record your next contribution. It
will then list all your contributions as *Contribution #1, Contribution #2*
and so on.
With regard to the Contribution URL, I believe you could add a link to your
github pull request for code changes or a link to the particular redmine
ticket for research work, since the URL is recorded *per* contribution.
I have also attached a screenshot below for clarity.

Please let me know if I've missed anything.
Happy contribution period to all of you!
Regards,
Tharushi
