[OISF/outreachy] Understanding build failures for PR#264

Hi,
I worked on my comments for PR #262 <https://github.com/OISF/suricata-update/pull/262> and raised another one with the modifications #264 <https://github.com/OISF/suricata-update/pull/264>  but I see the Fedora 31 and Fedora 32 build failing for this one at the step:

Run yum -y install

with the error - 

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'updates': Yum repo downloading error: Downloading error(s): repodata/6e8de7db30e465f8bc587d04bf8950beda2561a7a07ab444b8d25d5582acf8c6-primary.xml.zck - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success; repodata/397e041dd938d0cced36604c8d4578fabf0cbfc066af2ee53dd1eeb1e12a948c-filelists.xml.zck - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success; repodata/7f5e123652988ab545a61d216709a1896c11625c29ac586cee1a6baa69a0288f-prestodelta.xml.zck - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success; repodata/49be6f10d55ea187e1724a2d577f56c67e27286c86abfe6afbcc7a2b172d5e8d-updateinfo.xml.zck - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success

They ran successfully for the previous one, so I am not sure why they are failing now. So I need a little more help understanding the cause of this error.
