[OISF/outreachy] Outreachy Application Information - help from mentors

Hi all, and especially Shivani, Victor and Jason,

As part of the application form we have to submit, there are two fields for
which I need input from the mentors or the community coordinators:

 - One is regarding "Community-specific Questions". We are instructed to
ask our mentors or community contributors if there are any specific
questions you would like us to answer. Therefore, I ask: are there any
questions specifically related to the Suricata project community you would
like asto answer?

- They also ask us to provide an "Outreachy internship project timeline",
which should be planned with our mentors. These are the instructions there:
*"Please work with your mentor to provide a timeline of the work you plan
to accomplish on the project and what tasks you will finish at each step.
Make sure to take into account any time commitments you have during the
Outreachy internship round."*
How would you like us to proceed, regarding this last part? Should we go
through the issues in Redmine and try to workout something from there, and
bring that back to you, or do you already have something in mind for this?
(Just as a reminder, I am applying for the Convert protocol from C to Rust).
