[OISF/outreachy] Outreachy Application Information - help from mentors

Hi Shivani,

Would you have any suggestions as to how to proceed with the 'Outreachy
internship project timeline' for the project of 'Improving Python tools for
Suricata'? I was looking for a similar issue on Redmine, but could not find
anything.

Would appreciate your help regarding this, on behalf of all the
people applying for the Python project.
