It is. No FPGA's in my idea. 

I never written a formal proposal outlining the specs. It's all in my
head at the moment (and has been there for a while...*sigh*). I'll put
something together when I get some time, though I thought perhaps a
discussion with a few folks in person might be a better way to see if
this seed could grow or would rot. Besides, Matt still owes my a beer
anyway... (*hint*hint*  ;)
