[Oisf-devel] Performance Boosts

I'd setup a heartbeat signature to double-check that you're inspecting
what you think you are.  Changing to AutoFP may well have given you
that big a performance boost, but I'd still be very skeptical that the
box is really inspecting all traffic until I verified.
