  After slogging through "configure" I discovered that
"--with-libnetfilter_queue-includes" is not implemented. It reads the
value from the command line, but does nothing else with it.
  Even if it had been useful, the configure would have still failed
since <libnfnetlink/> (included by libnetfilter_queue.h) is similarly
placed in a subdirectory.

  Solution: I manually moved
<libnetfilter_queue-1.0.2/libnetfilter_queue/> to </usr/include/>. I
also moved <libnfnetlink-1.0.1/libnfnetlink/> to </usr/include/>.
