[Oisf-users] Place to install Suricata

My suricata deployments are all bare-metal as I'm running all cores at
capacity during peak utilization. You can run it on a VM if you want,
but the performance might not cut it.
Snort *might* have better performance on a single core, but I really
can't say for certain.
