[Oisf-users] Suricata rule reload issues

Hi guys!

I remember some time ago there was a memory leak issue when trying to 
reload new rules into running suricata. It was described here, I guess:

It is now fixed, am I right?

Or should I restart suricata by using kill $pid-of-suricata and start it 
again?

I remember another bug if doing so:
https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/1360

Please advice the best way to apply new rules to suricata. I use latest 
suricata 2.0.8.
