I don't have a 9.2 card to test with, but I've just pushed Suricata 3.0 to
a sensor running a 7.5G2 card on v5.3 of the DAG software and it's working
fine.

I do note though that your errors refer to dag0:21, but your command line
says dag0:2. Whatever is causing this mis-match is likely the source of
your problem.
