You can always compile/install yourself  as described here -
https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/projects/suricata/wiki/CentOS_Installation
Some advice though  - 1) use Suricata 4.1.1 :) and 2) add cargo and
rust-toolset (or rustup) to your yum install line before you compile
to have the rust enabled features of Suricata.
