The OISF team is proud to announce the release of Suricata-Update 1.0.2.
This release addresses some issues with 1.0.0 and includes some low risk
non bug fixes as well. It also addresses an issue with 1.0.1 where it
failed to install on systems with an older Python 2.7.

This release will be bundled with the next patch release of Suricata but
is also available from:

- GitHub: https://github.com/OISF/suricata-update
- PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/suricata-update

## 1.0.1 - 2018-12-16

  that are freely
  available. https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/2641

all. This also fixes an issue where trying to set the user agent to
an empty string reset it back to the
  default. https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/2665
- Fix --dump-sample-configs. The data files were being
  installed. https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/2683

- Fix missing check for None, from
  Coverity. https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/2676

  add-source. https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/2577
