[Oisf-devel] Win32 Suricata compilation

Hi Rich,
There are a couple of updates on the Install.Doc in general, I am not sure
as of this moment if it is updated.
I have managed to compile Suricata on XP, Vista and 7 without a problem ...a
good few times.
Please find the attached Installation guide that worked for me.
Please follow it closely and let us know how it goes.
