I maintain a Hyperscan RPM for EL7 here:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/jasonish/hyperscan-epel7/ - its 
based on the one Jason Taylor and I have been working on for Fedora.  
Perhaps just the specfile would be useful for reference:
